I’ve practiced immigration law for more than 25 years, and it’s the only area of law I take on. Most of my clients come to me by referral from earlier clients — people who went through their own case with us and then sent a friend, a cousin, a coworker. That word-of-mouth is what built this practice, and it’s how I know we’re getting the work right.

What I bring to a case is experience, real knowledge of a field that keeps changing, and the time to understand what’s actually going on before we file anything. I’m not a form filler. If you want someone to push paper, there are cheaper options. If you want someone who will sit with you, prepare you for what happens next, and stay with you through the decision, that’s the practice I’ve built.

Families come to this practice from every corner of the world, and after decades of doing this work we specialize with familiarity — comfortable with the questions immigrants actually have, and careful about the cultural context behind every case. My assistant and I work with translators whenever a case calls for one.

The work itself is detailed and unforgiving, but the relationship doesn’t have to be. Clients tell me they leave my office knowing what comes next, what it will cost, and how long it usually takes. That clarity is the part I care about most.

How we work together

Three steps. No surprises.

01

We talk first

Before any paperwork, we sit down — in person or by phone — and review your situation in detail. You leave knowing what the process looks like, how long it usually takes, and what it will actually cost. No surprises.

02

We prepare your case

Filing immigration paperwork is the easy part — preparing it correctly is where experience matters. We gather the right documents, anticipate what officers will ask, and address anything unusual in your record before it becomes a problem.

03

We stay with you

Immigration is a rapidly changing field. Once your case is filed, we monitor it, respond to requests for evidence, prepare you for any interviews or court appearances, and answer your questions until your case is decided.
